Richard Chipperfield

Project Designer

Richard grew up in the United Kingdom, where he began his career working as a horticulturalist, caring for a range of landscapes including gardens, healthcare, and elite sports facilities. His experience inspired him to create landscapes that benefit local communities. In 2023, Richard graduated with a Bachelor of Art in Landscape Architecture & Design from Leeds Beckett University.

 

Richard has a passion for travel and new experiences, he moved to Colorado in 2024 and soon after he started working at Architerra. He is passionate about design, sustainability, and connecting communities to nature.

 

Outside of work Richard enjoys spending time outdoors, whether that’s while running, hiking, rock climbing, or exploring his local neighborhoods. He is excited to learn a winter sport in the coming seasons.
