
Kaitlin Wernick

Kaitlin graduated in 2021 from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture and a minor in Environmental Economics and Management. With a background that includes working for a landscaping company and a plant nursery while completing her studies, Kaitlin developed a keen interest in crafting sustainable outdoor spaces. This passion, coupled with her technical skills in planting design, led her to pursue a career in landscape architecture.

Kaitlin’s professional experience prior to joining Architerra includes working on various projects for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources and The Georgia Institute of Technology. As a designer, she enjoys the technical aspects of the site design process. From conceptualization to the creation of construction documents, she enjoys seeing projects through every stage of development.

Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys a variety of activities, including reading, playing soccer, biking, and exploring the vibrant cafe and park scene in Denver with her husband.
